Generally, Personal Information will be retained so long as the Member account is active plus six (6) months, unless specifically requested otherwise. For greater clarity, should a Member account be deactivated by us or terminated by the Member, for any reason, the associated Personal Information will be retained for a period of 6 months following the date of deactivation or termination, after which the Personal Information will be deleted, including backups, unless the Member has specifically requested otherwise and/or there is a reasonable and legitimate business interest to retain the data, such as the compliance with our legal obligations. Deleting your profile will result in the erasure of all personal data, thereby anonymizing all analytics data based on your personal data.
