For example, we employ a third-party company to process payment and complete the purchase and sale of Tunetorials. All data and information shared for the purpose of purchasing Tunetorials is shared directly with the third-party and is subject to the privacy policy and by the terms and conditions of that third-party.

Further, please note that some Third-Party Links may be affiliated, and any purchases made through said Third-Party Links will result in a percentage of that sale going to Tunetorialz. For example, purchases made through affiliated links to the website will result in a five (5) percent royalty paid to Tunetorialz. Alternatively, you may access this website independently or through unaffiliated links, and a royalty will not be paid to Tunetorialz.

However, the Internet is an open system and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat those measures or use your Personal Information for improper purposes.

Tunetorialz sells age-appropriate products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase them with a credit card or other permitted payment method. 11. Updating and Deleting your Data

Generally, Personal Information will be retained so long as the Member account is active plus six (6) months, unless specifically requested otherwise. For greater clarity, should a Member account be deactivated by us or terminated by the Member, for any reason, the associated Personal Information will be retained for a period of 6 months following the date of deactivation or termination, after which the Personal Information will be deleted, including backups, unless the Member has specifically requested otherwise and/or there is a reasonable and legitimate business interest to retain the data, such as the compliance with our legal obligations. Deleting your profile will result in the erasure of all personal data, thereby anonymizing all analytics data based on your personal data.
